quiet Sunday morning

Of course being up early makes it all the more quiet. Last night we took John to see his first fireworks. He was so good, and sat there the entire time. He got a little miffed because they had rides for the kids and he couldn't do them because we didn't bring cash. I had no idea they had rides. We met friends at the park yesterday afternoon. We've finally had a few nice days in a row of sunny weather. Our pool liner was put in on Thursday, and the pool is slowly filling. It will be so nice to have it up and running. Next weekend we drop off John at his grandparents for the week. I think the break will be nice for all of us.
